What was particularly useful?
Way of thinking: eg don’t obsess over the life choices of your ex, give him his place and don’t spend more energy on him.
Actively thinking along: eg how to avoid negative thoughts.
Helping to become self-aware: eg that sometimes it is my issue and not the other’s.

Client B

Dawn has a lovely calming presence. Her approach made me feel relaxed and in a safe place. I found her suggestions really helpful, but also felt they came from what I had told her. They were correct and thoughtful. I felt much better from having this input, it lead to some life-changing steps.
